During term 2, the northside series is venturing into parks and bushland. For this event, Bennelong Northside Orienteers have kindly made their map available and Scouts NSW are accommodating us at Baden-Powell Scout Centre, Pennant Hills. It’s a great area that adjoins Lane Cove National Park.
REGISTER FOR THE EVENT BELOW. Club members can also enter via Eventor. Note that all spectators and participants must register their attendance at the event as part of our COVID Safe event conduct.
Event Date: Saturday 8 May 2021
Start window: 9:30am to 11am
Venue: Baden-Powell Scout Centre, Pomona St, Pennant Hills. Please enter the property via the car park (even if on foot or parking outside the venue). The Bold Horizons banner will be by the entry point on Orchard St.
Access and parking: The Scouts car park will be available.
Course Closure: 12pm
What to bring: Come along ready for an active morning (running shoes, tee-shirt and shorts) plus bring a drink and morning tea. If you have a compass and SPORTident stick bring them too. Note that if you are ready to acquire your own equipment, wish to upgrade or alternatively replace essentials then we keep these items in stock and have them available for purchase at events.
